Project Management
All our staff have been through training on Project management and we aim to put in place the best practices in managing the project for ourselves and our customers. This will identify project risks early and solve them before they become project problems.
EPIC contracting
We are able to take on full contracts to design, procure and install full plant and control systems. Our senior engineers have many years of experience in a variety of industries and can be relied upon to bring the best technology solutions to any new installation or plant upgrade.
Retrofit Work
Where a plant is at risk because components are no longer available or the process has moved on and the controls cannot keep up then ICS can design and offer an upgrade solution to bring the OEE up to the required level and remove risk from critical processes.
